I had my booking of air ticket with Travolook on 13th August’21 which was cancelled by Travolook saying PNR not issued by airline due to fare expiration. Travolook have sent me an email on same day about booking cancellation and refund of ticket amount. When I didn’t received my money back I called Travolook representative numerous times and till today even after more than 25 days I have not received my refund. As per their policy, representative confirmed me that refund will be initiated in my account in 15 days, it seems they are not willing to give money back. Need help.
