Here is the details.I have recently done a booking of flight through makemytrip DXb-HYd, believe me this is the last time i m gonna book through them. I m in UAE and there is no option for the changing of flight through website/online? are u serious. How can someone modify if there are unable to make it on that date. Fine when we call toll free number, there is no option to proceed to talk to an assistant. How can somebody do the service when its required and left with no other choice . I have no idea what to do and solve my issue of ticket date change. I still cant believe this, i have even written an email to customercare but no response. Somebody needs to solve this matter. and i need my full refund or my flight change immediately.
