I made a booking on 31st may 2021 through travolook and my travel date is 16th August 2021 .After making the payment I received the confirmation that the flight booking is confirmed with indigo airlines. After 5 days the agent called on my emergency contact number which is my father’s one stating that the booking is cancelled . The agent charged 750 rupees for abort cancelation charges out of nowhere from my father’s account.This is a highly illegal practice and this travel company is an illegitimate one . I Have been constantly chasing them for my refund but nothing received yet since 6th June 2021 even after making so many complaints on their portal and via phone call . Kindly take strict action against them!!!
