I have booked bullet 350ES online from the Royal Enfield website online on 20-10-2020 and my transaction id is VHMP9366584215. But till now I didn’t receive any confirmation or booking id neither by message nor by mail from their side. I have written a mail to their support but didn’t get any reply. I’m calling their customer support continuously but they didn’t even know how to handle customers. When I’m asking them to refund the money they are not even ready to listen to me and my problem. They were talking to me so rudely and don’t provide me any resolution. They were just escalating the issue again and again. After escalating the query they don’t provide me any ticket no. for this. Now I’m writing to you because now I’m fed up with their customer support and Royal Enfield services. I hope that you will surely help me. I don’t even trust that their services are worst like this because Royal Enfield is a very known brand in the market for so many years. I’m requesting you to kindly help me to solve this issue.
