Hi Team,

I tried to book the ticket through Travolook on April 19th.
After waiting for 30 minutes I got the email that ticket was not executed due to fare expiration.

Ticket was not booked and they are not refunding the amount of Rs. 7043

I chased them multiple times and they are giving same excuse of technical fault and we will get the money back in 5-7 days.

Please help me.
