Dear Consumer Forum,
I had booked ticket for my daughter on December 14th, 2022 at 11:51 hrs with amount rs.3831 with booking ID:-VID8890844291. But I got a mail that the booking was cancelled . I got mail on 11th March 2023 about flight cancellation without any reason and I was in so much of problem as my daughter was suppose to join office. The travel agency said that within 3-5 working days money shall be refunded to original payment method. But not its almost a month but I didn’t got my money refunded. I made several call but in vain. Whenever I call they say it will take 3-5 working days. kindly help me get the amount. I am fed up by calling and mailing them.
