I booked my Hajj 2018 trip with Vermello Tour & Travel in 24 lac for 6 persons. Paid 50% in Advance (12 lac) before journey. Agent posponded till last departure flight, keeps on promissing for our confirmed Hajj. For this even I sent my kids to my home town as well. But at last he cancelled the trip which gives us a great sorrow. Now even after around 5 months agent has not refunded 4 lacs. Please help me.
