Hello , while I wanted to travel from bangalore to Hyderabad , I have booked a flight in Agoda as I trusted the service of Agoda, while booking everything went well and after the payment was done , due to some technical error from their end . The money has been deducted but the flight ticket has not been booked. I closed the application , due to the trust on the agoda services I again tried booking the flight ticket again on the app , the same error has been again . I have lost money on the first time and also on the second time. so a total of (6,722.29 + 7,568.12 ) was deducted and when asked for refund they are mentioning that the money will be refunded after 30 days. Since I paid from the credit card, the Bill will be generated and I have to pay the money from my pocket due to their technical glitch. As I ran out of my pocket money , the only source of money I can get to take a loan from the credit card with larger interest. I cannot afford it definitely. I request consumer helpline to take appropriate action and make the money gets credited ASAP. Order Id : 1031841873 , 1031836633
