Today i had booked a ticket from Pune to Raipur from Travolook.in Website and paid an amount of Rs. 4943/- through booking reference number REF477125785 immediately after booking I received a call from their customer care number that the booking had been canceled “due to operational issue” and the refund will be processed in 7-10 Working days. After that when I googled about the company the result was shocked to me, I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service and i was also trapped in this. So I sincerely request you to please take action against him and proceed to help me to get my refund.
