Hi,

I have booked 2 tickets, both from Kolkata to Hyderabad. My 1st ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad was canceled with reference number REF685972363. I have again booked another ticket with reference number REF672115607 on same date 26th October 2021 at 8:23 PM and didn’t receive any confirmation for the same as well.

After calling customer care number 01246434800, I spoke to Malvika and she said the ticket with reference number REF672115607 is confirmed and I will receive confirmation in 10 minutes. Despite waiting for an hour, there is no confirmation of the ticket. Also, I spoke to Harshita since Malvika transferred the call, and Harshita told me bluntly that if you raise a complaint in consumer court, the money will get stuck and you might not even receive it.

I have also checked reviews of Travolook and there are soo many complaints of same nature in consumer court and some even filed FIR against the company.

Please look into the issue and get my refund proceeded.
