I booked flight tickets from travolook (26th Aug 2021). After booking the flight, money deducted from my account and I received a mail that your booking will be confirmed in 30 minutes, if not then call on. I got scared and immediately called, some lady picked up and I told her that my booking is not yet confirmed. why? She told me to let me check and then said your booking is canceled due to an indigo operational issue and we will refund you within 72 hours or it may take 10-15 days. Till the time Oct 2nd I did not get any refund. My reference no REF593452257 .
