I booked a flight on 22 march 2021 which costs 2511 reference no REF335643220. But an agent from travolook called me and said that you have refund within 10-15 minutes but till now i did’t get it i called to costumer support team of travolook then they said it will take 12-15 days but even after that i didn’t get any refund , i called again to travolook costumer support team after 18 days then they said it will take 12-15 days more but till now i did’t get any refund. Now they are saying to be patience.
