I am Shankhaneel Dutta from Bangalore. Few Days back, I visited Zolo Colive Stays near my colony. I looked out few properties and then chosed Xolo Hemmingway in Electronic City, Bangalore and booked my bed.
After 2 days, I changed my mind and cancelled my zolo booking because I found another property for myself at appropriate price and facilities.
According to Zolo, I am entitled for complete refund of booking amount until the bed is allocated. My booking was for 1st February 2024.
Contacted Zolo Customer Care and none of them picked my call. Dropped email, still no response from Zolo.
I am writing this so that Zolo do their task and solve my problem.
