I am writing to you with great disappointment from Ola support system.
I have booked a ola si on 23 Dec. 22 and paid a. RS. 17144 ONLINE , My booking ID is ………
I was not getting any update from your side then I called customer care they told me that my loan got rejected so if iam interested can pay full or can request for refund. On 2 nd jan23 I requested for refund and
it is shown on ols app that refund initiated and will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days , but now 10 days over I have not got any refund . I m not getting any suitable reply from them
