My name is Gulshan Bag. I have booked an airline ticket by Travolook.com on dated 17th march 2021 from Jharsuguda to New Delhi. An amount of Rs 3580 was deducted from my account. But after sometime I got an email from Travolook that my ticket has been cancelled and deducted amount will be refunded within 15 working days. But after several enquiries to Travolook nothing happened. On dated 14 Apr 2021 I got refund of Rs 1790.(half of amount deducted). Travolook company is fooling people in the name of cheap online air tickets.
