I had booked a ticket on 16th Dec 2022 for travelling from Del to Pune on 19th Jan. However, on 16th Jan an email received mentioning your flight is aborted and reason is that in Dec it was promotional and now Airline refused it. And even if you call consumer care people are not that educated to handle call and said same line repeatedly that we got such email, so we informed you.
