Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Bookedy Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) × 1 on 28/05/2020 and paid Rs.2999.00 after seeing the site on Facebook. My Order Number is PDS3956. But the product delivered to me on 04/06/2020 is not the same. They delivered 02Nos. of keypad handsets of Snowtel Company instead of Note 7pro. I think it’s unfair and a type of fraud business. I already lodged a complaint on their customer care email but didn’t get any response yet after passing two day.
It’s my humble request is to either provide me the exact booked items or refund the paid Rs.29999.00 and return the delivered product at ur earnest.
