I have booked WIFI Power backup for my Airtel Router in Airtel Thanks App on 22nd June 2022 but still not received the product, I have raised multiple calls to Airtel customer care but unfortunately there is no resolution till date. Money got deducted from my account and i have the receipt from the Payment Gateway. After multiple calls to customer care almost 15+ times they are now telling different reasons like order not placed with Airtel, The delivery person called you did not pickup, Item is not available in your location(Telangana but only in Delhi), But still item is shown for buying in Airtel Thanks App etc Varied reasons. But till now no status on my order and i’m also unable to track it on Airtel Thanks App. I’m really not sure how to proceed now, Could you please help?
