we had booked specifically volvo bus from tirupati to bangalore , but the operator sent non volvo bus , we was angry at first , ok we though to adjust , but once we got inside the bus there was full smell of cockroach spray inside a AC SLEEPER bus was shocked, the driver and cleaner was super irresponsible was so rude, after 10mints Ac was not working with the smell of cockroach spray inside bus where there is no ventilation parents older then 50 age , just couldn’t imagine they got lot of health issues after travel in this bus, we contacted redbus and they are so worst doesn’t want to respond properly. always irresponsible and doesn’t want to take any step or action we need compensation on this
