Booked two airline tickets through the online platform of VARAFI. Since the travel was cancelled I had cancelled the tickets. But, no refund is given till date.

Text of Complaint by C R NAMBIAR:

Airline Tickets booked on 26th Dec 2022 for : Mumbai to Kannur for 1st Feb 2023 and from Mangalore to Mumbai for 5th Feb 2023.
On 23rd Jan 2023, I cancelled the tickets.
ON TELEPHONE THEY HAD CONFIRMED THAT AM DUE FOR REFUND OF Rs. 1799/= + Rs. 2539/= FOR A TOTAL OF RS. 4338/= (RUPEES FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT ONLY)
Till date VARAFI has not refunded the above amount despite several reminders.
