Dear Sir,
I booked ticket on 24th April 2022 Mumbai-Mangalore, Paid online payment, after some one travolook tele agent called and said ticket fare hiked and he told me to pay difference amount.
since i already paid Rs.7930.00 for single journey and demanded 3950.00 additional to pay,
I denied the payment and they told me OK they did not issue ticket and they return my paid amount.
I called and followed up more than 100 calls and every time they are saying, ok they arrange return amount and due to their merchant bank issue, they not able pay to my account and within 48 to 72 hrs. i get back my money.
Every alternative day i called them, till date they have not paid my money.
Travolook is cheater company, making pool to public and they don’t have any kind of fear of law, they openly doing unethical business, and making fraud money.
Kindly help me to get my money back,
