Text of Complaint by Ritesh Kumar:

I have booked my ticket from happyfare.in the website. the ticket was from Darbhanga to Bangalore on 17th June 2023 (PNR S97MYI). but due to some reason, Spicejet canceled the flight. and I received an email from happyfare.in on “3 Jun 2023, 4:31 pm” updating me that the airline has canceled the flight, and stapes to claim the full refund. I have done the given stapes, and even I have discussed with their support team as well. I have sent multiple emails, but got the same response “We have already sent your request to the airline for the same. Your refund is under process. Kindly bear with us for some time for an update ” and it’s been 18 days. The ticket cost is ₹16,674.00 and I urgently need this money, but I think this company is making me a fool by giving random responses because their email says “Full Refund” and their support executive talks about some kind of deduction and then refund. I am totally frustrated.

I will never recommend HappyFare to anyone.
