I booked flight ticket on 14 Dec 2021 on TRAVOLOOK.IN soon after booking tickets got cancelled, when I called customer care nu they assured that refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 working days but still waiting for refund…call the costumer care every time they assured next week. they have pathetic support nu which always places you on hold in queue of 21 members and then it got reduced when you are on 1st position call gets disconnected abruptly looks like this is some scam derived by some group to paly with your hard earned money. I want my money back and filing the complaint here in this consumer forum, please act on this on priority.
