Dear sir,
With reference to the above subject hereby I informed you that one order was booked on 11th November 2023 through my login id of Flipkart app and the estimated delivery time shows 15th of November 2023 but afterall product was not delivered and the day LAPSED.
Again time taken upto 20th of November 2023 but same conditions and then after 20th November 2023 lapsed already.
Afterwards time taken upto 25th November and story is continuously speaking by Flipkart customer care. Nobody take it seriously and only show issues resolved means what?
Regular wise called by Flipkart team to cancel your order, why is I don’t know?
No hope by Flipkart support Team because all are manipulating us by saying you will get soon between the given time.
For your knowledge actually mobile was booked for my younger brother to his work address at Surat-Gujarat and on 16th of November his ticket was confirmed for Diwali festival but due to unforeseen issues of delivery of my order, needs to cancel the train ticket and no refund getting back.
So requesting you kindly please 🙏 looks into my matter for getting my order on urgent basis.
