Today on 10.05.2023 I have booked a flight (No. 6E 962 6E 2134 from Indore to Dehradun) of Indigo Airlines on its official website “https://www.goindigo.in”. Payment of Rs.25,178.00 made through my SBI Credit Card and amount immediately debited to my SBI Card account, for which I have also received confirmation message and email from SBI Card at 08.14 p.m. through SMS on my mobile number and on my email and it is also appearing in my SBI Credit Card account on the SBI Card Web Site.
After booking, neither tickets issued from Indigo Airlines not received on my email. Even any confirmation/communication not received from the Indigo Airlines. While spoken with Customer Care Executive Ms Shivani at Indigo at Contact Number 012461738738 at 20.21 pm she advised me to wait for minimum 20 minutes of booking to generate tickets. I waited for 20 minutes and then again contacted to Customer Care Executive of Indigo Airlines on Contact Number 012461738738 at 20.48 p.m. where Mr Shriram attended my call and checked status of my flight booking and advised me to call back after some time. Then I received return call from Mr Shriram at 21.09 pm from Contact Number +912067078200 and advised me that they have not received any payment So tickets not booked.
In this regard I have also raised dispute with SBI Credit Cards. Chargeback request also made (Scanned copy of all is attached).
I also made complaint to nodalofficer of Indigo Airlines. No one from Indigo is cooperating suitably. In this connection I request Indigo Airlines to immediately issue me flight tickets or confirm me in writing through return email that they have not received any payment form me through SBI Credit Card.
Please also, immediately confirm me about non-booking of flight tickets to enable me to book for another flight.
