Hi,
I booked bus ticket from Paytm “single sleeper side lower” but bus operator given me “cabin seat dual occupancy” forcefully, I argue with bus operator but he was very rude and said “seat yahi milegi or koi dusri bus nahi h agar jana h to jao Warna Mat jao” I am very shocked, I booked my seat in Rs 2400/- Single sleeper side lower, and cabin seat price 1300/- because one guy already sit there after paid 1300/-.
I just want my money refund 1100/- anyhow
