In the Month of January 2023 I,Mujeeb Kazi , applied for Airtel DTH and BB as a package (Airtel Black).After 2-3 days i called to ask why the installation was pending i was told that the Local cable operator(LCO) was not allowing to set up DTH at my residence..After a lot of discussion i opted out of DTH and asked for BB only.This was installed and from day 1 i was not able to use the internet as there was an announced outage,cable breaks,unannounced outage buffering and so on.
In the Ist month itself i asked the Airtel Service office to disconnect the line and reimberse the money paid.
But to no avail .I was promised of no issues but this happend repeatedly and i kept call the service team but to no avail.
on the 29th Sept 2023 my line has been disconnected Temporarily as i did not pay Rs599/ as the bill.
Now i want to ask why should i pay the bill when i get no proper internet to use, no proper service.
I have been cheated by AIRTEL.
I will not accept this and i will go to the media as well if i dont get proper help.
I want my money to be refunded from day 1.
I will also want to claim compensation for the harressment and fustration caused which has resulted in Health problems.
