Booked a VIVA 4G Smart phone 4GB RAM 64GB storage newly launched for a sum of Rs.2999/- the Seller is Shopping Time (cartcare.co.in@gmail.com) against cash on delivery. Courier is Xpressbees. The courier has brought one parcel which contain the Customer ID 12901. <AP ID 17579333, Tracking ID 1332921113861 Order dt.8.2.2021, Product has written in the parcel 4G smartphone newly launched, cash on delivery Rs.2999/- and the parcel has delivered on 11.2.2021. After opening the parcel I could find 2 packets of playing cards one 8.5″ LCD writing. I tried to contact the sold party, and lodged complaint but no reply.
