I have booked a hotel house boat by the name heritage house boat in Srinagar costing ₹20709 for a single day looking at the pictures mentioned on make my trip website.
When I went there, owner of the boat gave us a totally different worst house boat and asked us to check in, which doesn’t even deserve 2k per day.
Therefore images shown on the website of make my trip is totally different as compared to reality. This fraudsters are now not refunding my money when I refused to check in.
