I have a book from travolook REF159278094 on 20-11-2021. And amount is 5359 . travel destination ; surat to hyderabad I was told later that my ticket is cancelled because some operational reasons and that i will receive refund amount within a week. It was almost 50 days i didn’t receive my money back. I haven’t called multiples times to travelook they always gave the fake commitnents

same happened with me, waiting for refund since 45 days. Their customer care will make you wait and the call will get disconnect automatically. Is this a scam?
