I booked a flight from Nagpur to Mambai on 5th March 2022, booking ref id: REF851513656. I booked it on TRAVOLOOK.IN. They generated the ticket, but due to price hike I cancelled the flight within an hour. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 7651 in 8-10 days. It’s been more than a month and half and I haven’t received the refund. I have called customer care many time, but they are only playing delay tactics, saying they have initiated the refund and I will refund by so and so date. But I haven’t yet received the refund.
