I had booked 2 flight tickets from website with below reference id:
1. REF114217490: Sachin Kumbhar
2. REF543029648: Pooja Kumbhar
After booking, tickets were cancelled by travelook stating “Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration”. the booking was done through credit card and i want refund in same account.
I have been calling customer care for the last 2 months and getting fake promises that I will receive the refund in one week every time and still waiting for the refund.
