Sir I had booked rs 500 for jio phone 1 one yr back on my jio number 7008536330 through jio website . Previously it show on my jio app.now it doesn’t show on jio app and when I try to brought new jio phone 1 from jio store it show error message.
I have contacted 198,199,180088998899,18008933399,1860893333 for minimum 20times.everyone tell we have no data
Pls do something sothat I get new jio phone 1 or else I will do a consumer court case with my bank transaction number
