Text of Complaint by Sarabjeet Singh:

I registered for Home delivery of HSRP Sticker at bookmyhsrp.com on 16th December wide ref # STMBDL475E95B-69D9

 

Original service date was scheduled for 16th Jan 2021- Service not provided

on 18th Jan, I rescheduled it for 30th January, sticker provided with year of registration as 2028 (instead of 2018).

Contacted Customer Service desk immediately- given resolution date as 2nd Feb

On contacting call centre on 2nd Feb learnt that date is 5th Feb; no show on 5th. On 6th contacted Call centre and informed about date as 8th, subsequent call I was told that sticker will be resolved on 9th Feb.

 

On 9th Feb 11 AM, confirmed that runer has been assigned who will contact me… BUT no show again.

 

Today on 10th I called again and new date is given as 13th Feb.
