On 3rd July 2022, I used Travolook site to book Air Ticket, After complete all booking details and made payment I received the message from Travolook that with 5 min. I will get my ticket but few minutes later I received call from Travolook that my booking Did not complete due to fare increase. So to continue the complete booking I have to pay 1900 additional amount, I refused so they told me they are are going to cancel the booking and I will receive my refund with in 5 working days.
But I did not received any amount so After that I called many times they made every time new excuse such as ( Sir wait more 2 days, sir already processed your refund, We had initiate your refund, due to some reason your refund cancelled )
Until now I did not received my refund even not received refund reference no.
I already complained to my bank regarding this fraud,
Please take the necessary action to solve the issue.
