On 21 June 2022, I used Travolook site to book Air Ticket, After complete all booking details and made payment I received the message from Travolook that with 30 min. I will get my ticket but few minutes later I received call from Travolook that my booking Did not complete due to fare increase. So to continue the complete booking I have to pay 3000 additional amount, I refused so they told me they are are going to cancel the booking and I will receive my refund with in 5 working days.
But I did not received any amount so After that I called many times they made every time new excuse such as ( Sir wait more 2 days, sir already processed your refund, We had initiate your refund, due to some reason your refund cancelled )
Until now I did not received my refund even not received refund reference no.
I already complained to my bank regarding this fraud, now Travolook told me sir cancel this complaint and send the email to Travolook, after that they will refund my amount.
Please take the necessary action to solve the issue.
