Text of Complaint by Antara Mitter:

I had done an annual recharge of Rs.4704 on 16th Oct’19. I have been informed that a bonus subscription of 1 month is applicable for an annual recharge but the same has not been credited to my account due to which i had to recharge on 15th of October’20 instead of 11th November’20

I have now done another annnual recharge this year as well on 14th Oct’20. So adding the bonus of this year and last year my pack should expire on Dec 2021 but the online account says the next recharge is due on 10th Nov’21 (screenshot attached)

I have called several times to your call centre but the issue has not been resolved by them till date.
