I want to file a complaint against Kalyani Silk Sarees website selling sarees online.
I had ordered a Saree worth 1499 and I was sent a very cheap material saree which was different from the photo on their website.
Post receiving the Saree, I had emailed them twice to initiate return because this is the only way to initiate return from their website but have not received any responses from their side.

It seems a bogus website which is cheating its customers. Kindly take action.
