I have Purchase a product from your website,

Payment No.: PS1909251300045815
When i am in online it shown me $2.92( Find the screenshot attachment), when i done payment transaction it showing Amount: 55.47 USD, thier is big difference in this amount. Credit Card transaction message received 435.59 CNY, Again Credit card statement it is showing Rs.4496.13/- (Indian rupee ₹), In single transaction this different prices.
Till now i didn’t received any shipping details or shipping tracker, to know where is my product, i waited for almost 10 days
