My boat rockers 450 pro beige in colour has been broken right side slider due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to misshandling or misuse ; it has broken completly due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possible

I have purchased BOAT rockerz 450 pro on 5th March 2023 month from Flipkart online website of 1649/-. Cheap quality of plastic used by the boats manufacturers. Slider gonna bend . I called in the customer care service . Customer executive said raise the online complaint to boat team will pickup your product after complaint and repair and return your product. i have raised product also picked by BLUEDART person. i got message of product that product received will confirm the status after checking.

after checking they given messaged to me your product is received damaged after receiving 4-5 days. and send me image link of damaged product. in that imaged i saw that my right side slider of headphone was total damaged and fixed up with the glue and my headphone was completely in working condition before pickup.
total disappointed of BOAT fake service. because before pickup i was using my headphones 🎧 and they rejected my request of replacement and when i received now my headphones it was in loosened form right side nuts are missing and slider is in a bad damaged form and hype is that now sound is not coming from the left side of the headphones which i received damage.

Seriously, what kind of reputation is that of the company if you don’t want to replace then repair the slider and give it in the working condition.

If someone is spending money to buy your expensive products.
Then you should give that kind of service atleast to make the product right in working condition instead of not giving the replacement.

I am very much disappointed from this behaviour of the service centre.

My product has a valid warranty.

I need a replacement or i will go to the consumer court and take strict action on this fake service activity.

Gimme a revert on this are you going to gimme a replacement or not.

Customer’s satisfaction is most important rather than anything to grow further accordingly.

It’s not about money ..it’s about time and energy we have wasted to call you in the customer care and following up with service centre.

What will I say to others don’t go for boats products ..

In fact there is a major problem in all boats products that when you connect on the phone call you never get a crystal clear to hear and ok the end too the other other person needs to speak thrice to understand the things.

I need an explanation on this complaint now.
