Boat rejects my warranty claim by saying that the product i sent them was damaged therefore not approving the claim when the damage caused was due to their own manufacturing defects and not the consumers fault because it got loose and eventually showed a crack in the headband after only a few months of normal use. Product is a BoAt NIRVANAA 751ANC Bold Blue
