I purchased a earbuds from BoAt and after sometime one side of the earpiece is not working. I registered my warranty claim and hand over the product to the delivery partner and he checked it well and it was fine. But after 2 days i received a mail with image attached which shows that my product was damaged and the claim was rejected easily. I am a student and it’s very hard for me to purchase this but the response which i received is very disappointing.
