Text of Complaint by Tejas Choubey:

I had ordered Boat Bassheads 100 Black from Boat’s website on May 02, 2024. It’s one side was not working, so I tried to replace the product under the replacement date, but on the website, they showed that my order is invalid. So I tried for warranty claim on my product in the nearest service centre, but they told me that I need my online invoice for a warranty claim. But on the website, my product’s invoice is not showing, and other product’s invoice is showing. So, I couldn’t claim a warrant unless I will get my online invoice of the respective product.
