I bought a Boat Rockerz 333 Anc Stellar Black from Flipkart, but it has stopped working properly. The product claims with a one-year warranty, and I purchased it on July 10th, 2023. There are still six months left on the warranty, but Boat is not doing anything to help resolve the issue. I registered a warranty claim on April 13th, but it has yet to be resolved. They claim that my product is damaged, but I believe that it was in good condition when I sent it for repair. I have already attached pictures of the original product to support my claim. please repair my product or replace my product .
