I got an advertisement on the YouTube home page saying “Flash Sale is Live”. I clicked on it and it redirected me to Boat plug into nirvana website where every smartwatch was ₹349. I placed the order and paid ₹408 through Paytm. And when I wanted to track my order, there wasn’t an option to track it. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and saw an option to track my order. But when I clicked on it, it wasn’t working. Then I realised the page wasn’t official. Now I want full refund of ₹408.
