Text of Complaint by Sachin Suri:

Dear Sir
1. I lodged service ticket Number 47195273 at your Jeeves service centre at Chandigarh.

2. This is regarding Boat Lunar orb watch purchased on 25 march 2024 from Amazon. The watch is not charging since 20 June 2024.

3. Now the status of complaint states that – The invoice uploaded by you for the service ticket number 47195273 is deemed edited and tampered with, hence we will not be able to process the service request further.

4. The same does not reflect any positive input by Boat as the invoice has been directly downloaded from Amazon website. It seems to be a unjust ruse to avoid the issue.

5. Once again the invoice is being sent for further processing by Boat.

6. In case Boat does not wish to honour its sale or product.. the same may be clearly stated. instead of harassing a customer.

7. The ibid response does not inspire confidence in Boat capability to market its products ..and the same may is reflected on social media also. We may have been misled for buying the product.
