Hi , I have purchased the product from Boat Company last year on 04 Nov 2020. the product stopped working in Feb 2021, so i have raised the complaint with Boat customer support.
Below are the two ticket i have submitted,
They have taken the product from me 2 times and sent it back to me without resolving the issue.
I am not sure where do i get help from, they have not done any quality check before sending it back to the customer. They have wasted my time also
Please look into this
