Hi.. I have raised multiple incident against my bluetooth headset. I’m facing this distorted sound from the time of purchase. Since I’m not aware of the replacement process..boat Rock customer care and issues type myself I have taken some 2-3months time and raised my query for the last 5-6months repeatedly with incident of 5 as mentioned for ref below are the few Inc numbers and also I have done some mail to your team and not been resolved my issue and understanding my concern.
I have been used 1499₹ my valuable money to buy this shit and not even work properly for 1 day without getting that distorted sound at the right side . Don’t know you ppl are working for customers or only for money.
I have got the so much final request from your customers care to resolve my issues but nothing is done also not even received any senior or supervisor or customer verification team haven’t reached me and understanding my concern..also I have arrange or req multiple call back from supervisor in boat company customer care. Since they said 24hours call back request…I have been waiting for 2months for that call back request and issues understand… finally I’m going to decide my last and speech less msg and call for today and I’m waiting for supervisor callbacks and issues clear with my product with this one..below are the incidence number
