Hi,
I was surprised that my boat headset was stop working suddenly after 10 months used. I have sent with bluedart courier from boat without physical damage.
After 2 days they have attached damaged images and said that we got damaged product so your warranty is rejected.
This is not correct.
Why they have not been asked for images before taking to them by courier boy.
