i bought a boat rockerz 255 pro Bluetooth earphones from Croma store, Porbandar. after i unbox the product i used it for around 20 minutes but its disconnect automatically, i check its fully charged but facing same problem. after i complaint to boat costumer service and they took my product to boat service center 1st time at 1 November 2022,ticket number is 26179055. after testing according to them Product working fine i got this mail. when i receive my product after long time at 20 November 2022 and start to using that same connectivity issue facing. i sent my Product again to boat service center on dated 23 November 2022, ticket number is 26849794 and after testing according to them they sent me same mail that Product working fine. i talked to boat costumer care and tell to replace Product, they are saying they highlighted my Problem and try to replace them. but i got mail today( 25 November 2022) that my Old product dispatched for delivery, i am tired for this poor service and poor quality of product.
